my litter brother told me, that his friend sent the photo to him and then he let me to identify it.
it's queried to me about Himalayan Vulture and Gyps fulvus? can you identify it?

In my opinion it's Griffon Vulture (Gyps fulvus) because birds has rufous color in all underparts including underwings, but Himalayan Vulture has either white (adult) or streacked dark-brown (juv) in underparts.
