notes	本周新来的鸟是：黄头鹡鸰，戴胜，锗红尾鸲，黑耳鸢，漠鵋，红脚鹬，环颈珩，扇尾沙锥。 3月18日乌鲁木齐开春。一般来说，乌鲁木齐的开春时间在3月第五侯（21--25日），去年是3月3日。今年冬春的气候比较怪异，从一九到六九天气都没感觉太冷，低温的最低值只有-17.6℃，创60年来的最高纪录；进入三月后，寒流频繁来袭，屡下大雪，感觉气温比冬天还冷。但3月16日，最高温度升到22.7℃，又创50多年来的极值。3月20日开春后，一场先是大雨后是大雪来袭，乌鲁木齐又遭遇50年不遇的暴雪天气。上午11.30来到乌拉泊水库，春寒料峭，乌拉泊水库东岸的山丘被积雪覆盖着，水库冰面大多还没解冻，只有几个入水口附近有些水面。这场大雪似乎停滞了春天的到来，但没能阻挡住候鸟迁徙的脚步。在入水口旁边的狭小湿地上，紫翅椋鸟、黑喉鸫、田鸫、黄头鹡鸰、白鹡鸰还有红背红尾鸲在地上忙碌觅食；在融化的水面上，成群的针尾鸭、绿头鸭、赤麻鸭和白眼潜鸭在游动；空中有几只渔鸥和一只黑耳鸢在来回巡视，还有一群凤头麦鸡忽高忽低炫耀飞行的同时发出怪异的叫声；一只戴胜静悄悄地在水边灌丛下的空地上低头啄食；两只喜欢荒漠生境的漠即鸟也在路边融化的地面上觅食，估计是大雪覆盖了原野，积雪最先融化的水库边成为最佳觅食地点的缘故吧。一年一度生机勃勃的春季鸟类迁徙正式开始了！看着这些姿态优美、色彩绚丽、叫声悦耳的鸟儿，心中顿觉愉悦透亮，一解数月寒冬无鸟可看的郁闷。湖边采砂的大型机械和附近村民乘橡皮舟在水里大肆偷捕鱼类的行为严重干扰了鸟类的生活，鸭子和鸥被频繁地惊起。
