notes	有媒体报道8月30日大批黑耳鸢过境米泉垃圾场，这2天抽时间去看了一下。时间：9月1日16.30---17.30；9月3日15.00---19.00 地点：111省道22KM处米东区垃圾厂—距离乌鲁木齐铁路局20KM。 9月1日：垃圾填埋场的上空有大量黑耳鸢在盘旋，在垃圾厂周围的土坡以及附近的高压线上站满了黑耳鸢，垃圾堆上有上千只老鹰正在觅食，数量巨多，颇为壮观。据当地工人称“从今年5月份开始，这里的老鹰越来越多，每天太阳刚出来它们飞到垃圾场觅食，太阳下山后又飞到南面的山里去了”。垃圾场工人估计数量在3000-4000只，从现场看应该只多不少。只是满山遍野都是黑耳鸢，时起时落，难以比较精确计数。暂且先记录为3500只，估计在太阳快落山黑耳鸢排队飞往夜栖地的时候有机会做精确的计数。 9月3日：看到空中有数群黑耳鸢在盘旋，越来越高，直至从肉眼里消失在乌鲁木齐方向（南）估计是在迁徙（从达坂城—白杨沟一线越过北天山？）。原来以为黑耳鸢集群迁来后会待一段时间，直到天冷才会继续南迁。看到今天的情况，推想或许秋季待在垃圾场的黑耳鸢群是一个动态的概念，在迁徙期不断有群体从北部迁来，也经常有群南迁，只是整个迁徙期在垃圾场都保持一个较大的数量，让人觉得一直是这一群。当日晚刮大风，白头的迁徙应该是对之提前做的反应吧。另外在乌鲁木齐市西山大蒲沟垃圾卫生填埋场每年春秋也有几百只黑耳鸢停息。2006年到达时间是8月28日。黑耳鸢夏季在乌鲁木齐的数量不算多且多活动在天山的山前地带，春秋过境时可以记录到很大的数量。过境时间春季4月，秋季8月底到10月初。
