I received letter from our expert Anna Yasko. She wrote:

It’s Moustached Warbler (Acrocephalus melanopogon) by following features:
1. Short primeries protection in compare with Sedge Warbler. Also the long (much longer than coverts) 1P is visible in some photos. In Sedge Warbler 1P is shorter than covers and unvisible.
2. Plumage colour is also indicates to Moustached Warbler: crown-strips, all black bill. The Moustached Warblers of western populations have reddish rump not contrasted to reddish mantle, but the birds from eastern populations have paler mantle, so rump can be more reddish than mantle. On one photo reddish slightly distribes to mantle.
