it's not Desert Wheatear but Pied one in fresh plumage. Please note white outer tail feathers. Authumn Pied Wheater often is confused because has rufous tinge of all fresh plumage both in white and black parts, and looks not black-and-white. Please compare autumn Pied Wheater and Desert Wheater. Both birds are males.
